I have launched my Virtual Assistant business and together with my Decorator Handyman husband we look after a limited number of properties for key clients. I look after all the admin and he looks after the maintenance. We are on call for instant response to your tenants and we search for new tenants, deal with the contract and inventory just charging for work carried out unlike most Property management companies who deduct from your rent every month whether they have done any work or not.
